Brian Boeshore, tenor, is a native of the Harrisburg area who is currently a junior music education major studying voice with Dr. Nina Tober at Susquehanna University. Brian began his vocal studies in high school and was a student of baritone, Jonathan Hays, for three years. At Susquehanna University, Brian has had the distinct pleasure of singing as a member of the University Choir and Chamber singers, having been a soloist for both groups. He played the role of Gherardo in last spring's production of Puccini's Gianni Schicchi, and will also be performing in the premiere of a student-composed opera this spring. Brian was recently selected to take part in a chamber music residency at Niigata University in Japan with seven other Susquehanna musicians. He is excited to be taking part in this performance with such wonderful local singers, under the direction of his professor, Dr. Vodicka.
